#ddubdiet success! ~Amity

We all know how insanely hard it is to stay focused when on a diet. There are so many goodies begging to be eaten! I’m not the only one they talk to, right?  I decided that it was time to get serious and join weight watchers. So far so good! I’ve already lost 5lbs!

What keeps me motivated and focused got me to thinking about what might keep everyone else on track. So I’m looking to all you for more inspiration. What keeps you focused on losing weight and living healthy?

Dannys and Donnies tweets are inspiration but I have my bff and she helps and we have started working out together and we go to a fitness class three times a week. I havent had any truely sweet foods since June 23 after I came back from Nashville seeing the guys they changed my.life its been amazing and I just keep.pushing and going even though I don’t feel like it I have lost 23 pounds and lost around 12 inches and so now I know I can do it and keep going . I have to say I feel a lot better and I am looking a lot better I have along way to go but like I said I now know that I can do it. Good luck to you.
